Marcus Freed is available to be your community’s Prayer Leader during Rosh Hashannah and Yom Kippur, the High Holydays. He can lead services, teach, blow the shofar & bring fantastic ruach (spirit).
Knowledgeable & friendly, Marcus is an award-winning author & actor, who has written three books on embodying Jewish spiritual wisdom (click here). Marcus is a renowned scholar-in-residence and educator and has taught for Jewish communities in over 20 countries. After graduating from university he studied at Yeshivat HaMivtar (‘Brovenders’). He has achieved two Rabbinic certifications, a B.A. in English Literature & Theatre Studies, M.A. in English Literature, attended the prestigious Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London, and has two yoga teaching diplomas.
