Sometimes we do not create the results we hope for. How powerful it would be if we could achieve our intentions on every project. Scientists have discovered that our hearts send out an electromagnetic wave, similar to a radio signal. Other people can pick up on our thoughts, feelings and intentions, without us saying a word. Regardless of what we are saying, our intentions are real and tangible. This is fantastic if our mind is filled with love. If not, we have a problem.
In Biblical Times, everyone whose heart motivated them to give would contribute to the communal structure (Exodus 25:2). What is your heart motivated towards right now? Are you clear of the intentions of your heart or are you experiencing results in life that are against your deepest wishes? I once got reprimanded by a spiritual teacher because my inner thoughts were not entirely peaceful, even though on a surface level everything seemed ok. For better or worse, other people can read our thoughts and intentions…so we had better make sure we know what is in our heart.
If we want improved results in business, personal relationships, or spiritual growth, then we need to know the motivations of our heart; the “radio signal” that we are sending out every day. What we give out is what we are going to attract back.

Video #19: Kosher Sutra – Parsha Terumah. Shalom friends. When our heart is heavy, when the clouds are grey, here is a tool to raise your spirits and get some light. Welcome to the One Minute Kosher Sutras.
Sometimes, we don’t feel great. There are therapy solutions, chemical solutions, but these do not always last.
When Moses was teaching the Children of Israel about building a communal prayer structure, we are told that “Those whose hearts motivate[d] them” would give. Giving to others helps us tap in with a power much greater than ourselves.
The kabbalistic aspect of Chesed, of lovingkindness, is the connected with our right arm. We are
designed to give.
Today’s yoga practice is Karma Yoga: giving to others. Find ways to help someone else today. Yoga is more than gymnastics on a mat – it is about changing the world. Place your hand on your heart, raise your heart and see who you can serve. As the song in Avenue Q says: “When you help others, you can’t help helping yourself”.
I hope you’ve enjoyed this video. Please feel free to share it with your friends & comment below. [For More of These Teachings] You can get your copy of The Kosher Sutras on Amazon. Be Happy, Stay Happy & Feel Good. Shalom.
