smart, utterly original and deeply insightful.
Marcus made Jewish sources accessible to three generations within my own congregation. My entire high school population, adult learning community, and friends thought he was the greatest.
it is rare to find an educator as talented as Marcus J Freed. He is a scholar, a performer and a master and taking complex ancient text and using innovative methods to simply and meaningfully articulate to students of any age.
Marcus is the most incredible teacher, storyteller and leader. Marcus’s performances at Jewlicious Festival are legendary, thought-provoking, humorous and cutting-edge. I did not think it was possible for one person to do so much with one stage and one hour. Book him!!!
